Cheese from pasteurized cow’s milk. – Milk protein – Vegetable fat (cocoa butter substitute). – Rennet – Water – Table salt – Emulsifying salts (E450-E452- E339-E331). – Modified potato starch (E1422) anticaking – Food stabilizers (E412- E471) – Potassium sorbate preservatives 1000 ppm.
The percentage of trans fatty acids does not exceed 2 gm/100 gm vegetable fat
